Indane — subsidy transfer in another consumer bank a/c due to distributer fault

Good morning, this is regarding subsidy of cylender, my consumer no is - 36949, i have not received any subsidy after 1 april 2015. When call to gas agecy - shilpa gas agency. They are saying your subsidy is going to another a / c. Plz tell me i have already submited my bank details to agency and aadhar card to subsidt, then how can subsidy transfered in another a / c. Plz chek the same and revert on urjent basis.
