N the behalf of being the ex- employee (Fast Forward Resume Writing Division) of this extremely regarded organisation and spoiling my time for the past one and a half years, I feel that I should keep my opinion infront of you guys. During relieving any employee, a firm looks to gather his/ her feedback about the work, the environment and many other things, but I guess Fast Forward Resume Writing Department is the most perfect in all these regards so why bother to take any feedback, isn't it? So, please go through, as far as the work is concerned, I still do not what to speak about it, because in any which ways it does not enhance anybody's career, secondly, the environment out here, trust me, you can't ask the environment to be more worse where people do not even have the time to have their food, can not even take leaves freely because as soon as you do, there is no way to control your averages and mails start piling up and surprisingly, the managers and their head are completely clueless on how to address these issues. People are hired here but they resign within a short span of time because the people in charge have not built a fixed workflow, The pressure does not seem to end here and nobody talks about any kind of growth which in the long run leads to zero motivation, And moreover, these people are more than happy if somebody is willing to work from home. But when you go to them for any kind of solution, they have their hands held high in the air and guard themselves behind targets and High volume. My question is do they even work?? The only work they do is create useless pressure on the names of incentive, targets, Skew and whatsoever. I had to insanely follow up with the HR person, Finance Person and the heads of many departments that too when they had a due which was to be paid by me. The hierarchy of the Fast Forward Resume Writing Team are so prone to leisure that they forwarded my resignation to the HR a month after I resigned. These guys out in the market promise to shape people's careers but sarcastically they can not give job satisfaction to their own employees. A lot to write, but the organisation does not deserve any.
