Independent TV — blackmailing for more money after taking money for 2 years subscription

The company is blackmailing me to get money. I already have a 2 year subscription and a working equipment. But this company wants to change my set top box otherwise it will suspend the service. And he asked me to pay rs.799 for this purpose. Why should i pay for any reason which was not mentioned in my contract with the company? I am liable to pay only for subscription, repair and installation and in case out of warranty product gets damaged or breaks down.
