The independent tv is not providing the services properly. Please do the needful. There is no response from the team and consumer helpline. Earlier they said that they will provide the all channels but after some time they just started removing channels now even star channels also is being removed which is basic pack and is available with all dth operators basic back. I request you to please consider this on urgent basis ADVERTISEMENT

Dear Team, HD channel deactivated within 1 month, while 1 Year HD subscription was include in package kindly activate all 12 HD channel as soon as possible because you promised that facility at the time of booking.
