I had registered my compliant on March 4, 2019 and complaint number is 2620050 dated March 4, 2019.
Since March 4, everyday I am calling on customer care and getting the same response, that Your issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.
After passing 24 days probelm has not been resolved yet.
Their customer care executives namely Shiv, Salman, Dilkhush, Ali, Ajeet, are very smart executives to make fool of their customers.
I have written so many emails on [protected]@independenttv.in, one ticket ID 3439 issued to me be but no action/resolution provided yet.
I also sent email to [protected]@independenttv.in, they acknowledge my email and assured me to resolve the issue with in 24 hours but nothing happened.
I have paid one year advance money to them and not able to see the tv from last one month.
Apart from that Its a mental torture for me to call and spent nearly 1 hours with customer care executives on every day.
I want compensation Rs. 1000 per day from them for this mental torture and the money paid by me to them with interest. Was this information helpful? |
