[Resolved] Independent TV — fraud and not providing channels ..not answering calls | |||
Hello During MARCH -2019 I bought independent tv, at point of time they promised 1 year o[censored]ninterrupted service with 300 channels including HD channels for ₹ 3000/-. Just after few days they took off channels one by one, message shows that ( 200 -UNSUBRIBED CHannels ) while we paid full money for installation and 1 year of service, independent tv stopped airing HD channels and didn't give any reimbursement for the same. After few weeks Independent tv started to stop airing even sd channels secretly about which we didn't get any intimation or email nor any other communication. As of April 2019 most of the channels stopped and getting message that we have not subscribed these channels, although we were promised 1 year of service at the time of purchase now independent tv stopped showing most of the channels. We understand the TRAI rules, but TRAI also asked to continue providing services which were promised now independent tv has stopped most of the channels and we are being forced to use their poor services with more prices. But this troubling company has no plans to stop their manipulation schemes and harassing customer and stop fraud, now as on 27 April 2019 they have also took down every Star Network channels, issue is on going from last two weeks and we are not able to watch any Star channels (even though they are charging us for those channels) after waiting for two weeks we are getting message that independent tv has some issues with broadcaster so they can not air their channels, hence they will provide equal balance into our account. We are normal consumers and we don't understand any of these issues and their payment problems with broadcasters, we paid full amount of installation and one year of subscription and now we are being forced to keep their useless service with no available channels, we want our hard earned money back just settle the remaining balance and provide us refund so we can opt for other DTH providers. Independent tv is not replying any complaints and not answering customer service number, Independent tv has dropped their responsibility of taking care of the problems. TRAI if you are listening look into issue this is not just about single consumer all of the subscribers are facing this same issue and same fraud this is about to become new fraud company this year, just refund our money if you can not keep up your services and can not provide promised services at the time of installation, we see this as a complete manipulation and fraud. Apr 29, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved can not connect to the customer care ..how can i register a complaint and how i provide complaint details ...first the have to register a complaint but they are not responding calls ... i am trying since last two week ..daily.. more than 10-15 calls daily ...but there is no connect a single call . | |||
