My first compliant was registered on 6th of March 2018 regarding no reception at all. Since may 2018, my set top box is not working, EVEN AFTER AMPLE OF COMPLAINTS .Even i have mentioned this in my previous mail regarding this issue . This is to inform you that i have taken a subscription package of 2 years from Independent tv . Even after several complaints I have not received any proper resolution for the same. Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Also would want to mention that the customer care service agents are not giving any appropriate response for the complaint being lodged. Every time I called I was informed that a concerned person will visit my place to check the technical issue happening repeatedly and no one turned up. I booked reliance big TV DTH on 24 march 2018 and paid Rs. 499 as advance. But till now independent Tv didn't installed my DTH even after 275 days.
I am feeling cheated from reliance tv.
I don't want to delay a single day.
