Independent TV — independent tv - 1999 freedom pack - fraud on name of 1 year hd channel free, infaact sd channel is not working, customer care is not working.

I have purchased for freedom pack 1999 through independent tv. Initially, i paid rs 499 as pre-booking charges on (Sun, mar 18, 2018, 5:32 pm ist) and later rs 1, 500 to be paid as 'booking charges'. And as new customers also have paid rs 250 as installation charges. The company, however, said it will give rs 1, 999 as cashback after two years of paid subscription.

What they promised:
1) the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Which crossed almost happened 100 days (Have proof of it).
2) the installation is never properly done so in start hd channel is missing & box remote never properly configured with tv, almost 20 days.
3) meanwhile, frequently hd channel start goes down and subscription error and now sd channels like "colors" also start to disappear.
4) i invested my money for uninterrupted hd channel but due to trai rules changes now they discontinued the hd channels. And there is no update over it when we get it or we don't get it. If we don't get it who will pay us back trai or independent tv or there is some compensation policy.
5) apart now sd channel like "colors" keep coming and disappear and at the same time, my other box is serving it well. But they keep informing due to some technical error or updates or trai rules changed but no concrete information and no plan of actions with the defined timeline. It's like i launched complaint many times.
6) more headache is there voice customer care because there is no waiting time announced and at least you have to wait for 30-40 mins sometimes upto 2 hours tell me how we can launch complaint if these kinds of services.
7) their customer executive is not well informed and trained so they keep repeating polite words but no subsequent problem identification, no resolution time commit. Just excuse running away with the undefined time for resolutions.

If there is no permanent solution then please help me to get refund my money. And there is fraud case to lurk the people for false commitment for all hd channel free for the year. No matter what but they have to changes with customer consent and inform them in advance but there is no notification.

Major points to ponder by independent tv

1) the maximum time duration from booking to installation will be 30 to 45 days.
2) after completion of one year, the customer has to a regular monthly recharge of rs 300 to avail the loyalty cashback.
3) those customers who will remain active after 3 years will get the 'refund' in the form of recharge only.
4) for two years after your paid subscription, you will pay around rs 7, 200 - rs 300 per month subscription. After recharging your set-top box for 24 months, you will receive rs 1, 999 as recharge amount.
