Independent TV — no channel and I want my want refund

I have purachase a DTH connection of independent tv on 12 December 2018, now they are not providing any of the channels currently its been a week no action has been taken by the company to provide the services . I paid Rs.2500 in advance for the whole year package but on after one month they cut down some channels to show we ignored it after some time few more channels stopped and now on 12th June onwards nothing is showing not even single channel . This is a cheating. I don't want this connection. So I want refund my amount...
