Independent TV — no installation service within timeline | |||
Had paid for the package on 28th Dec 2018. Got confirmation for installation to be carried out within 15 working days. Its been over those days and called customer care few times. But all the time a new commitment. They don't want to connect to Senior person. All the time either they are busy in meeting or not available. Once they said that the equipment sent to local service provider on 8th Jan 2019. When checked with local service provider, he said NO. Basically, these seems clueless when the installation will happen or they don't want to commit and enjoy our money. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am getting this error since 3 days. Last month I had same issue and they charged 250 from me again I face same issue. Kindly help me out
