Independent TV — required refund from independent tv due fails of their services

I am not able to watch tv since may 2019, due to failure of services from independent tv.
They assured many times to resume services but they failed each time.
Now, i want my hard-earned money back as i am not able to avail their services. I have paid 500 (Advance)+ 2000 (Installation fee) for 1 yr.
They have provided services only for 3 months therefore i wish to get refund from the company.
Independent tv helpline number are not reachable neither their website has any info regarding the refund for their consumers.
