[Resolved]  Independent TV — set-up box is freezing

I am using independent tv connection but from some days Set up box is not showing a single channel clearly .channel is freezing for about ten seconds on regular intervals of time. all the contact numbers are engaged today and from past two days they are saying that they will clear the problem within 12 hours but they are not doing what they had asked.I had paid full payment for channel but I am not able to see a TV for a single moment. Solve the problems or give me a refund of rs2700
