Independent TV — still not received the product | |||||
Sir, It is submitted that i booked a set top box of independent tv through online and paid a sum of rs.1999 online. I was assured that delivery of set top box will be within 7 days after making payment. I made payment on 09 january 2019 but till today (26 february 2019) i did not get any set top box except late excuses every time customer care employee said to wait for maximum 2-3 days. W.e.f. 11th Feb-2019 I am unable to access any of its channel. I made complaint to its customer care number several times, but got no response.
I have also written a mail to its customer care's email id and awaiting for response.
