I booked independent tv with online on 14th november 2018 (Amount 1999 inr) till date not installed.
I have got message from dth sides 26th december 2018 that your installation completion in 24hour but not yet.

I want refund my amount 1999 inr.
I called customer care not support to me

My client ID-04334F83 My pack activet in Dec 2018 for one year, but this time 20 chanal stop without any information. Independent TV customer care inform me not active your stopped chanal by TRAI rule.
