Independent TV — worst service | |||||
I am an unfortunate customer of Independent TV V since 2nd Nov, who is, despite paying full, is denies to get services from last 15 days. From 14th Nov, I am facing total "Signal Lost" on my TV. I complained this on the [protected], but the replies were totally disappointing. Their customer care replied different om different days- 14th nov- "problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours. No need to take any service request no." * I didn't receive any call. No one came to resolve the issue. 15th nov- "problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours. No need to take any service request no." * I didn't receive any call. No one came to resolve the issue. 17th Nov- "problem will be resolved in 24-48 hours. Service request no. 650179" * I didn't receive any call. No one came to resolve the issue. 19th Nov- "problem will be resolved in 7 days. You will receive a call with in 24-48 hours." * I didn't receive any call. No one came to resolve the issue. 20th Nov- "problem has been forwarded to the distributor Mr. Devendra Dedeja. Contact details not provided." 24rd Nov- "Problem will be solved in next two days. Contact no of distributor is provided." *Contact no provided is not working. 29th Nov - Problem will be solved in next two days. Contact details of distributor cannot be provided." Obviously they are playing with the customer. Even after many requests, I have not been provided any details regarding my subscription on email. Even I don't have the payment receipts. I wonder what kind of subscribtion it is!!! Is it FAKE?? AM I BEING FOOLED??. I don't know whether they are a real company or a fraud.
