My complaint relates to the fact that I had a balance of Rs.100 in my Fastag account and requested him to take Rs.60 out of my account. as I saw a news item that NHAI removes requirement of maintaining minimum amount in Fastag Wallet. But the personnel in toll plaza picked up a quarrel with me, an old man of 80 years, coming to Chennai without help, and literally grabbed from me Rs 120 and driven out. I am put to lot of mental pain and an became an object of redicule . Please help me by taking necessary action against the concerned and to make good of the penalty levied.
