I have been chasing them for my refund since last one month, i have sent 5 emails but there executive dont reply to emails nor ready to update on status of refund, they are extremely unprofessional company to deal with

I was paid them for shop act. But sum my personnel problem i cancelled it.
They talk me we will refund your money. But still Date I have not received my refund.
