In the beginning, i believed mr. Charles, but he too didn't act swiftly to save the relationship. During the initial stage of the relationship, they were active in calls and providing services. Once the money is paid for 3 trademarks, audit and company registration then they started to show the true color. They dont have a responsible person to take care of the activity. Every day one person will call us for business - once they realized we won't be paying any more - then they won't pick the calls - service stops over there. Now we have paid for 3 trademarks, audit and company registration several months back. Until now either its incomplete or wrongly completed - they are not even correcting their mistake.
