India Ideas — refund of amount due to unsuccessful recharge of jio plan

Today morning i have made the following recharge

Date : 21st april 2018
Time : 12.28pm
Pack : 398 (2gb per day)

This recharge was initiated through the myjio app and transaction was done using the upi service.

The payment of rs 348 (50rs voucher applied on payment) to done to india ideas provider through upi..
But still there is not recharge done..

Transaction done to provider as below.
Upi id : [protected]@icici.

I need the refund of my hard earned money from india ideas as soon as possible
