[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — cheating - cashback promise not fulfilled | |||
Jagan mohan from iifl called me and assured me that he would give me 15% + 5% cashback, if i enroll for traditional policy for sum of rs. 53000/-. He said first i will get rs. 7500/- cash back for sure and if my credit score is good then remaining rs. 2500/-. It has been 2 months he has stopped answering my calls. I have the text conversation documented, he confirming the same. This was also confirmed by the executive name sudhakar who visited my place to enroll me in this policy. I need help to escalate this legally and punish these guys for false promise and not answering my calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
