I am not satisfied with the iifl office itarsi (M. P) the services and forms are also not availablee to them anytime everyday they dont have any proper answr of any question and they misbehave with evry customer in a wrong way of communication thus please make a move othrwise i hv to complaint to the big authorities on tweet they r very rude by their language i wnt to close my a/c as soon as possible and is your employees are not able to communicate properly or training should not provided to them to behave like humans

Iam trying to discuss with customer care and related senior persons almost for last 1week. My grand mother admitted in hospital so I need help by taking Top up loan but these IIFLbnot even bother about my loan. You guys never grow and you guys don't know how to provide good customer service. My Loan# SL926280
