[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — forcing to take home loan insurance

Iifl virar branch is forcing us to take home loan insurance which we have checked with other banks and found is not mandatory. Also excecutive in virar branch are not at all helpful not answering calls and not replying back properly. They did not tell us about insurance until everything was finalized. We are being told it's mandatory to take insurance which is wrong

Updated by Urviparesh Prospect number is 848708 contact number [protected] r . Also we have been told they were about to collect APF number from builder since 10 days but not yet collected. Our registration for home is done since last month but they are taking too much time for procedure.. I expect reply from you soon as it's been 3 months we are following up the process.

Updated by Urviparesh Still on update from iifl regarding cheque dispersement they told us maximum they will finish by 20.09.2018. Not answering calls no reply on mails worst service ever. We might stop the loan process from your company if we don't get response within a day.
