I raised a complaint on 25th aug. And so called bank process to provide letter in 15 working days, bank not provided only response as it will take 15 working days as per process.
After raising request, on 11th day customer care representative confirmed request will be fulfilled around eod, but as it not processed.
Same thing is happened on next four days, in which they promised it provided 3 pm and if not please call back.
After calling on morning/evening, this request is not fulfilled
Calling to customer care is so much hectic, call getting disconnect while you are next attending customer.
It is very mentally harassment in this pandemic situation which a bank take 15 working days to process single request while government is asking us to use digital platform. Was this information helpful? |
