[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — home loan related | |
I have taken home loan from iifl for 20 years at an interest rate of 8.7% in 2017. From current month outstanding statement, i got to know that my tenure of months got increased from 20 years to 25 years, without informing me at an interest of 9.7%. When i tried to contact them, there customer care is not working. When i dropped email to them, i haven't got any reply. When i called to one person iifl, he said iifl has right to increase tenure of months and interest rate without informing customer. My loan a/c no is 788661 Was this information helpful? | |
