[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — I want To Close My Demat Account

I have a Demat account (client-id: KULJESIN) with IIFL from long. Now I want to close my account. I was sent a mail last week but the IIFL team is not responding and every time they are creating a new ticket .so please close my account. When I was calling to customer care they gave WhatsApp number but their is no option to close the account. Also not able to reach RM. Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)

Hi Already sent a closure form to [protected]@iifl.com they again created a new ticket . please close my account.

I have requested for account cancellation asociated with client id KRISN426
As per the process, I have submitted the signed closure request form. Also,
Relationship manager Mr.Naresh confirmed that there is no holding balance in my account, its zero. So account can be closed.
Still, what is IIFL team problem to close my account for no reason, instead they are bothering me.
