I have called on below call centre no,[protected],[protected] and [protected] but automated message is coming again, no human interaction for the last 1 week, my past organization has layed off and i got sufficient funds to close my home loan,

Need foreclosure letter as soon possible as i am unable to bear your 9.50 % interest on outstanding amount, hope you know in jobless situation during covid lock down we don't get new job and question comes how to pay interest on delay due to iiflhomeloans department not helping the person in need...

If associate are very less, i am ready to work for you and make the payment from the salary you give monthly for delay in addressing the below ticket no... Request id. 218239

Updated by Jockin Vedamuthu Yes foreclosure document received, Kindly provide original document and security cheque etc as i Have closed the Home Loan on 22nd Aug 2020 and as per IIFL 26th Aug 2020 home loan is closed, but no intimation received till now about the original documents receivable from virar west home branch. Please do the needful ASAP for closure formalities and settlement document hand over to me personally.
