[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — no solution to my complaint pending for 2 weeks

My client id is prmambh4 monica bhavnani
There are several issues which need to be reloved
1. Mismath in my name. Trading account the name is monica bhavnani but the pan and adhar is monica samal. Have couriered self attested copies of pan and adhar card to santosh mashal but have no idea of the progress. Have also spoken to gautam who issupposedto be my rm.
I am also not able to trade as no one has come to collect the cheque for 2 weeks. Unable to do internet banking as my bank is not listed with you
This is absolouteley not fair and would urge iifl to answer me immediateley
