My name is KAushik Sojitra. My iifl home loan account no is 785199. I have raise a request[protected]for foreclosure letter on 06-03-21.Till now I have not received.Customer care not picking my call.I have mailed about it but no response.Pls provide me foreclosure letter.

I have requested for foreclosure letter and request number is 2381764 on 5th June 2021.
But still no positive support & no useful of customer care support numbers.
This is not acceptable in view of customer support when they are in troubles in their life.

Please provide the same on urgent basis.
