I have personal LOAN account with IIFL and I raised a query regarding preclosure charges and preclosure letter with account payable by cheque . It's been over 1 month and I haven't heard back yet . This is the worst CUSTOMER CARE service I have ever seen . Due to delay from your end I have to pay almost 70rs per day extra as interest which is almost 2.5k till today . Who is responsible for this extra amount . My cheque was valid for 1 month now I have to renew it again because of your ### CUSTOMER CARE service . Why don't to change the name as customer trouble service . I have called almost 15-20 times in past 1 month and every time I get the same answer that we have informed concerned department and they will reply in 1-2 working day and I am still waiting for that day . 139040 was my interaction number raised for this .
Please if you care about customer even 1%, please let this matter resolved . I need answers related to my preclosure charges and need preclosure letter with cheque account payable details . Was this information helpful? |
