Dear sir,

As i pledge my gold in iifl chandapura bangalore branch, iifl gold loanyes reddy complex, 1st floor, anekal road, chandapura, bangalore - 560081on 17.04.2017, when we pledge the gold the persons informed the payment made through online, but yet the amount not received to our account when we go back with the branch for the issue they informed the amount transfered to another bank account for that they request one week to transfer the money but yet the payment not made, and not given close the issue,
