[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — regarding commercial loan

Dear sir, mam
I have a taken a commercial loan of rs 3240000 in the year 2014 @ 13.75 %rate of interst. My a/c no. Is 713435
My conplaint is that the rate of interst which you are charging from us is too high. In comparision to other banks.We have talked to other banks like axis, boi, hdfc, sbi etc they are very easily ready to takeover our loan with only @11 % rate of interst. So you kindly do the interst rate down or else we dont want to continue with iifl. If you are not doing so . Then kindly give the LOD for closer as soon as possible.please reply as soon as possible Thankyou

Dear Sir/madam,
With ref to above, my back account of IOB-[protected] has been debited with RS.2500/- during fund transfer (Funds In) to my IIFL Equity account having login id-ASKU9603 on dt-12/01/2017, but IIFL account is not credited.
Please look into the matter and solve it.
