I submitted all documents for loan but IIFL representative not replying properly
His Name is Surender Parab thane branch.
He generated 2 times OTP but still loan approval not cm
And I call him in a day 10time but he was not responding.
It's my request to you plz look into this and give me positive reply.

Also I want to say that now I will not pay the EMI from January until my problem will not be solved. You had just cheat to me because of the concern employee had assured me to refund that amount. I had already informed to your employee for cancellation my proposal in the month of July when I didn't get the amount. After given assurance by your employee I was agree to take loan.
I have complete call recording in this matter which I can provide you and message are also available. I will see this matter till 10.01.2018 if, not get any refund then I will go to Consumer Forum.
