This is in refrence to my existing PL # SL970423
Before lock down till March'20, I paid my EMI (29 out of 36 emi) well in time from inception (year 2017)
In lockdown I applied for moratorium but same was denied with no information or justification of denial.
Anyway I asked for foreclosure letter to pay in full, which was provided with penal charges/prepay charges without any justification
I clearly remember at the time of availament I have been communicated that prepay charges are NIL and infact I also applied for foreclosure earlier in March'20 where I m in recept of FL with NIL prepay charges ( I could not go on because of Corona spread which affected me in early days)
Below are my concerns
1) Unprofessional attitude of below persons / emails is which neither responded me back but also sending collection agency to my home ( Till now i remided 11 times reflected in trail mail with no response or even acknowledgement from concerned). Is this the way to treat the customer???
2) Removal o[censored]njustified penal charges/ prepay charges from Foreclosure Letter. I already paid 590/- per ECS bouncing to my bank without my fault, paid many times every time multiple of 590/- per transaction
3)Please provide ethical Foreclosure letter ASAP (with only principal outsanding) so that I can foreclose and stop getting embrassed for bouncing of ECS ( Care to be taken that date of EMI is 3rd which is approaching)
I hope I could be save further from getting harassed by people who could not distinguish between good or bad customer, loyal or dishonest customer
I eager wait for acknolwdgement and posiitive revert to conclude small relationship amicably
