[Resolved] India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Update Last Income Details & Occupation Details
I Vivek Kumar, having Demat account with IIFL, nowadays very much frustrated with the pathetic customer service of IIFL. On 12/08/21, I tried to update my Last Income & Occupational details from company's website but due to some problem at the website, I couldn't do so. Then I contacted my RM, Mr Maulesh Dave on his number[protected], but it was found switched off. His number always remains switched off. Then on 13/08/21, I raised ticket on email and talked with the customer service representative. After repetitive follow-ups on email and phone this issue has not been resolved till now. Everyday I receive new ticket number; so far received more than 12 tickets but didcnot get solution.
I need updation in 'Last Income Details & Occupation Details' at the earliest.

This issue is resolved now. But it was a very frustrating experience. They always told me that they have updated data at their end but despite that, I didn't find any effect in my Profile Details, and they were clueless as, why this is happening. But today morning when I check it again, I found it updated as per my requirement.
