[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — why gl recovery deduction from full and final

Dear all
As per my break up sheet gl recovery is deducted from my full and final sheet. I have also no rights of gold appraiser. And also no any mtm case or spurious case. Then how to deducted 15000/- from my full and final. Give me proper reason. Mr. Kamlesh chenani give instructions to hr for deduction.in short i have no any rights then how to deduct??? And which kind of gold recovery???
