*IIFl have not provided any documents and not mention in the sanction letter that you are providing the loan under PMAY scheme.*

Dear Mr. Kumar,

We write with reference to the CLSS subsidy not received complaint.

We would like to inform that your case was on hold due to want of mandatory documents required for availing CLSS benefit.

We have a process in place where we inform customer about discrepancy in documents. Accordingly, we have sent SMS to customers including you.

You would appreciate the fact that IIFL HFL is duly checking the claims before sending to the CNA and your case has also crossed the same stage.

At one hand, we are ensuring that the subsidy is provided to eligible customer only and on the other hand we are endeavouring to provide subsidy to eligible customers.

We would take the opportunity to inform that we have responded to your legal notice stating that your case is ready to be sent to the CNA. As per the process, we cannot file a CLSS claim till the time earlier claim is credited by CNA and adjusted by PLI in beneficiary account.

You are requested to wait for 60 working days (approx)

Our Prime Minister will not come at your home to give the subsidy amount, there is also process. I just want to know why it took around 11 months only for apply???????????????????????,

What document was required from my side?????????
