[Resolved]  India Infoline Limited — TRADE WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Dear Sir I am a very old customer of IIFL. My login id is RANJUKUB. Few days back Mr Ranjit prasad (RELATIONSHIP manager) phoned me and asked about the new IPO Manpasand. I refused him to buy. But without my consent, he purchased this IPO. Since my acount did not have sufficient funds so You people sold some of the shares in my holding. This caused me financial loss for the reason to which I am not responsible. I am feeling cheated and thinking of closing my account from IIFL and going for some other platform if you do not take some action against my complain. Ranju Kumari Baranwal. client ID RANJUKUB
