India Kids Fashion Show [IKFS] — Ikfs fraud, harassment and most cheater

My Son Daksh was selected for the showcase of 25 - 27 Nov 2016 and changed the date couples of times and finally said program has been cancelled in month of Feb 2017 and we got mail saying money will be refunded within 45 days till now no response and no mobile numbers are not working .
We paid Rs.8000, we have written mails too but no response. They have given me cheque and it got bounce all time now none of their number is working…
I have been trying to reach the company ikfs.org as well
Priyanka /Pawan and Vinod through different modes like ([protected], [protected], [protected]@ikfs.org, [protected]@ikfs.org) they are not responding.
