I have ordered a delivery of flowers and cookies online. They delivered the flowers but didn't delivered the cookies and they told me that there is no such person on that address, which is not true as they delivered the flowers on the same address.I keep calling their customer service department but all they say to me is we will give you a refund after 48 hours.I haven't received any refund on that order nor I have received that order and its been almost a month now I made that order on 4 March 2016, and it was supposed to be delivered before 10 March 2016 but I have called them so many times. I am not getting any response from them.
