[Resolved]  India Post — consignment stuck at new delhi rs tmo

My consignment from Chennai was dispatched on 2nd June 2018 to be arrived in Kurukshetra, Haryana. It was received at New Delhi RS TMO on 4th June 2018 1.30 am. It has been stuck there since then. No update in the tracking tool. I called the customer care but they are saying that workers are on strike. The consignment is urgently needed before 8th June 2018 . The consignment number is ET[protected]IN.
