India Post — delay and missing in article

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 110045

Due to lankness of the post office associate i missed the dead line to send a article and its missed. The post office associate entered the wrong pin code in the system even though i have mentioned proper address and clearly on the envelope. When i marked this mistake she told me that the parcel is always shipped by the address on the envelope not in system but when i checked online the article is delivered as per the pin code entered in system and i missed the dead line to send and missed it as well.
