[Resolved] India Post — delay in registered post delivery | |||
I have sent my all original documents in the registered post from banglore to directorate general of mines safety, dhanbad. I have booked that parcel on 20th june 2014. Till 24th June there was some updates about the parcel in Indian post webite, after that I didn't get any information. Please find the parcel as soon as possible. It's already been 18 days since I parceled the parcel. Tracking number is RK[protected]IN and my complaint no is[protected]. Please inform me weather parcel delivered or not. I had ordered my study material on 5th November 2018 from pratiyogita darpan office.They have sent it through registered post having tracking
Id RU[protected]IN and complain number [protected].
I called to customer care according him i visited to nearest post office (751015) of One of the staff directly told we will not deliver the parcel individually go and do complain agnist me rudely.
Though my exam date is coming nearer i need those materials.
Please have a look into this matter and do deliver as soon as possible.Even India Post is not updating any Status on this tracking id.
