India Post — delay in shipping

My consignment numberrs[protected]cn and rs[protected]cn is still in kolkata foreign lco i suppose because the tracking details shows that my package has been sent to guwati rms in 17/0817. I keep tracking my package but the tracking details has not been updated. It was supposed to be sent to tura meghalaya west garo hills. It is china registered packaged from aliexpress. Please do look into this matter asap
