I have booked one very very urgent latter through speed post of rms sealdah on 11.03.17. The letter bearing article no - ew[protected]in should reach within 20.03.17 at his destination. But till now the letter is kept at cbpo/nsh. Several times i along with my family members tried to contact with the customer care but in vain. Lastly i am lodging an online complaint. Repeatedly I am lodoing the complaint as I have posted a speed post on 11.03.17 at RMS Sealdah, vide article no-EW[protected]IN . I thought it will reach at destination within 4/5 days. Already 13 days has gone but the letter has not arrived at his destination. It is a very very urgent letter for me and for this I am lodging the complaint in regular basis. Several times I have lodged the complaint but no fruitful result being received. Frequently I am lodging complaint but India post are not giving any response. I mentioned in my various letter that it is a very urgent letter for me. Mar 26, 2017 Updated by Gouranga Roy Roy On 11.03.17 I Sri Netai Roy posted a very very urgent letter through RMS Sealdah vide this letter article no. -EW[protected]IN.The letter was kept at Kolkata Airport for more than 07 days. After that on 18.03.17 Kolkata Airport despatched the letter for its destination. But now on tracking the letter is not showing his actual position. So I earnestly request to send the letter quickly also I request to update the position of the letter.

While searching, getting below error "consignment details not found, please try after some time".

Could you please look into this as parcel has already been out from source.
