India Post — didn't receive the parcel

I had ordered a parcel from through online portal alibhabha on 1/7/2019. The order id is[protected]. While tracking the consignment i can see that its received by the india post new delhi on 17/7/2019. After that i didn't receive the parcel till now. Two months completed and when i'm trying to contact the customer support, they are not providing the reason for the delay and they are disconnecting the call. I had registered a complaint on the portal (Complaint no: [protected]). Kindly look into the issue asap as its already paid and its a costly item.
