India Post — Duplicate 10th marks memo

Durga malleswara rao. s/o v, koteswara rao. sir i lost my 10th marks memo so i applied for duplicate 10th maks memo to S.S.C board of hyd AP . already my duplicate marks memo was sent through our register post from ssc board of hyd AP to ZP High school chintalagraharam Visakhapatnam .but school staff was saying they din't get any marks memo on my name this post was delivered by maharani peta postal office they saying this post was already delivered so i have to put a complaint for this and i try to put a complaint through online but its getting server error . i trace out with the help of this RN[protected]IN but in .please take action based on this mail.
