India Post — i have not been notified about my post and now they're sending it back. | |||
Why is it so hard to get my parcel from abroad? Consignment number rx[protected]de They attempted the delivery once without any notice. I have to find out by myself that it's been sent back to mumbai waiting to send back to germany. I had to call mumbai post to send back to pune. The person in mumbai told me to pick it up by myself at pune post office. So, when i called the call center again, they said i cannot do anything. It will be sent back again to mumbai then to germany. I have to ask the person to send it from germany again. This is ridiculously unacceptable. Wasting time. Is there any better way to solve this?
