Hi, my name is digbijoy deka. I have not received my important parcel of

Mine which was sent from trivanduram on 14th september. The consignment

Showing that it has reached guwahati head post office on 19th sep

Meghdoot bhawan but till now i have not received it. I have visited my

Local post office several times but they are saying they have not received my

Parcel and advised me to go head office. I have visited there also and asked

Them about it. But they are saying they have sent my parcel to my local post

Office. After that i asked them about my bag number as my local post office

Man said to collect me my bag number but when i asked them about my

Bag number. They said during that time there server had a problem. So, '

They cant tell me my bag no. I have given complaint through mails also

But till now no one is responding from postal department. Please help
