India Post — India post Consignment status not updated

I booked my parcel on 9th November, 2020 and it was dispatched by speed post (India post) on 9th itself. It reached the said location ‘AIR LGBI AP TMO on the 17th of November. And there has been no update on the status since then. I have waited for almost 2 weeks. It was an important parcel and I cannot afford to lose it because of this. My consignment ID is - EW[protected]IN and the destination pincode is 795004
