This is with regard to article number cu[protected]in, which was dispatched to ghaziabad from varanasi on 26 apr, 2017 at below address:

Even though it has been 13 days, the customer hasn't received the item yet. Even the tracking details are updated only till 27 apr, 2017. Kindly look into it and let me know on priority as to what is the current status of this article.
